Delete your GoPerk account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, yourself, in the app.

In the app

Open GoPerk and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Read what will be removed and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Without the app

If you cannot use the app, email info@goperk.app from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in and profile (name, username, photo, phone number)
Your coins and coin history, vouchers, walks, jackpot spins, invites and referral rewards
For shop owners: your store, its photo, offers and campaigns

What is kept. Accounting records of payments (shop subscriptions, level upgrades and referral payouts) are kept as long as Finnish accounting law requires, generally 6 years, and then deleted. Coins cannot be restored after deletion.
